     throughout my years of hot kitchens and cook lines, it has been quite the journey. Living in the mid/north-eastern and southern states has brought alot of culinary influence to my art of food. Des We Catering is a way of me expressing my thanks to all the chefs and restauranteers I have trained and worked with in the past. I am happy to bring my tastebud satisfaction to your plate!
